in Loving Your Body

Your Body Is Your Most Prized Possession

Welcome to the last in a 4 part series of videos on falling in love with your body.  By now either you are bored to tears at having been subjected to 4 videos about your body (yawn) or intensely curious and wondering if you really could feel better about your body.

Hint: YOU CAN!

For those of you in the former category, relief is in sight.  I love that you’ve stayed with me even if you feel great about your body.  And I am happy if you do.   You have managed to escape all the training we have had to be critical of our bodies.  ‘Tis a good thing.

And if you care to be entertained and wowed, check out my last post on A Tribute to My Mother and read about the day I almost killed her (oops) and a remarkable miracle I had in relation to her.  That will keep you awake!

Why You Need This Program

If you are in the latter category, feeling not so good about your body for ANY reason, help is available. I know because the program I developed is one I evolved as a result of a personal experience.   I now am in love with my body and my life is better because of it.  I am happier.  You can be happier too!

Negative body issues creates tremendous pain. You may be in emotional pain over your body right now.   If so, it is likely that you have become accustomed to it.  You are not alone, not by a long shot. Negativity toward our bodies is a rampant epidemic in our culture.  But that does not make it easier if you do suffer, nor does it alleviate the pain.

Billions of dollars are made by targeting people like you who don’t feel so good about your body, and there is an incentive to keep you feeling that way – it’s called money.

My Fall In Love With Your Body Now program is about self-empowerment. It will provide you with the tools you need to free yourself of the pain you experience about your body.

You Can Rewrite The Story You Tell Yourself About Your Body

This program is not only for overweight individuals. Thin people (especially women) suffer tremendously.  You may be so obsessed about your body that you are neglecting to attend to other areas of your life.  Areas that potentially could bring you great joy and pleasure.

In fact, whatever your weight, you may be in so much emotional pain about your body that it incapacitates you in some ways.  You may limit yourself.  For example, you may not want to put on a bathing suit or you may even not want to go out and socialize.

If you experience physical pain, this program can also be beneficial as you learn to focus on the great things your body IS doing for you daily.  Focus and where we place our focus is a key to a happy life.

I truly believe life is here for us to enjoy!  If you are limiting yourself in any way because of your body, or feeling bad about your body, this program is for you.  You deserve to feel better.

Take action and create change. If you don’t feel “right” about this program, find something you feel may work for you.  There is nothing that is right for everyone.  You have internal guidance.  Learn to trust it and move toward that which feels good! We have access to so much valuable information.  We really are living in an exciting time.

The important thing is, take action. I can provide the tools, but it’s up to you to take the required actions to use the information you receive.  And, by the way, change does not require grueling work.

It can be fun and relatively easy. I’ve designed this program to be relatively easy.  However, as with any lasting change, success requires commitment.  It is more about embracing than pushing.

If you have any negativity toward your body, this program is for YOU.  And, for a limited time, I’m making this program available for less than half price.  Until May 21st you can take advantage of my introductory offer.  Click here to find out more about the program and my special offer.

What Comes Next?

While I will still occasionally write about body issues, as it is one of the pillars of Best Relationships Ever, our focus will include topics on loving yourself and loving relationships with others.

If you have suggestions of things you’d like to hear about (within the scope of the body, loving ourselves, and loving relationships) feel free to send your suggestions by filling out the form on my contact page.  I will choose topics that seem to have the most relevance to the greatest number of people.

Don’t worry, even if you have body concerns and are not ready to purchase the eBook, I intend to keep providing you with lots of great free content.  However, if you really want to get on the path to lasting change you should order the program now.

I am passionate in my belief in the programs I create.  I want you all to experience tremendous joy and fulfillment in your lives and I am so happy that you are here sharing this journey with me.

Thank you for all your support and I trust it will be a beneficial and joyful journey for you.

Be well and may you experience the best relationships ever.

Lauren

Hey Lauren!

Thanks for the reminder that nothing could happen without our bodies. It is truly amazing when you really step back and think about it. I do my best to be grateful for all that my body does for me.

And I wish you the best with your e-Book! This is definitely an extremely important issue, so I’m very happy that you are addressing it.

Hello Lauren,

Yes, our body should be treated as a ‘treasure’. It does so much for us and it is our duty/responsibility to take care of it and feel good about it.
Congrats on your E-book.

Hi Lauren,
This is such a huge issue, one that battles multiple billion-dollar industries in our culture and addresses pervasive attitudes that are accepted but may not be the healthiest.
I love that you have a program to change attitudes, perceptions, habits, relationships with our bodies. You say many compelling things in your video and what struck me the most is that we literally can’t do anything without our body. Sobering thought! The challenge is, how well will we treat our bodies going forward?
Thank you for doing this important work! Everybody deserves to be happy in their beautiful body.
And, happy belated birthday! I pictured you having a great time as you walked on the beach and hanging with friends after you battled with your computer for missing photos. Off to read your motehr’s day post…
Take care,
Belinda
